Staff Productivity Awards

The Staff Productivity Awards is an annual event organized to motivate and encourage staff to contribute to business growth by securing new clients and generating revenue.

Certificates and awards were presented to deserving team members in recognition of their outstanding performance in 2024, across the following categories:

Staff with the Highest Premium for 2024
Staff with the Highest Number of New Businesses for 2024
Staff with 12 or More New Businesses
Staff with Premiums of Le5,000 (New Leones) or More, but with Fewer than 12 New Businesses

Mr Gilford John is the Staff with the highest Premium for 2022 and Mr Foday Kabba is the staff with the highest number of businesses for 2022.
